Staff are friendly and attentive. The room are spacious, clean and filled with essential stuff such as dishwasher, washing machine, some pans and knives. Location not too close to central city which we are aware of. But close to couples nice restaurants and Countdown to buy grocery. Parking is reasonably price.

I was very impressed with the level of comfort and service provided by the hotel. I stayed at the studio apartment and it was spacious, had a living room and a small table and chairs for sit-down meals. the kitchen had all the features and appliances you needed to for meals (note studio does not come with stove, which I already knew when booking as I wasn’t planning to cook). They had a onsite restaurant where if you prepaid day before you can get a full buffet breakfast for $20NZD and I thought that was good value for money. I can’t fault this place the amenities was great as well free laundry/dryer available for guest use, gym, multiple levels of security and close 15-20min walk to Queen st/Skytower. There is also a Woolies supermarket 5-7mins walk.

Very happy with the location as it was so close to the Spark Arena where the event I was attending was! I loved the buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and used it both mornings I was at the hotel! The room was big and I loved the furniture I had available to use in the room. I really liked the hand was and hair/body care products brand that was provided. The room had all the facilities I needed. I have booked to stay with Adina again already!!

Our family stayed in the 2BR apartment for a week and very much enjoyed its convenient location (walking distance to CBD, Britomart station, ferry, etc) as well as spacious room with everything we needed - two showers and a bathtub, three toilets, two dish washers, Landry machine and a dryer, and a coffee machine. Reception and cleaning staffs were always friendly and helpful. Coffee, milk, washing powder etc was always refilled for free, and we could not have asked for more.

The location of hotel was great. We were there to stay for a concert so location was convinient. It had all the basic things you need well staying in a hotel. It was clean, neighbours were great. Its close to countdown and theres bars and eatery's and a couple of food shops right in the hotel square. We were luck enough to have gotten a carpark!

The room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet, which was nice. Staff were lovely. Water pressure in the shower was great. Fantastic range of TV channels. Balcony was nice and private to chill out on. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Modern facilities. So close to Spark Arena!

We got off the Princess Cruise ship in Auckland and booked a stay at your facility so we could stay a few days before we flew home. We walked from the cruise terminal to the hotel and our room wasn't ready but we told you when we booked we would be early and needed a place to put our bags. The guy at the reception desk was happy to find a spot for our bags and we had our room within the hour. The location couldn't have been better. We walked to every thing and were pleasantly surprised by the bike/walk lanes all thru the area. Everyone we talked to at the reception desk was super friendly and helpful. Would def stay here again.

This is a great location for the Britomart area and the parking is secure and easy to access. Relatively quiet and feels safe. Lots of in-room lights, lamps, and provisions. Nice bathroom with good shower head and comfy bed.

Everything. The apartment was so roomy and comfortable for the five of us. Perfect for attending our daughter's graduation at Spark Arena.
